National Controller
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience at the senior management level.
- Previous experience leading teams between 10 – 15 full time employees.
- Previous experience operating in a Finance Business Partner capacity – supporting Management Teams and supporting decisions with analytics and key data.
- Previous experience with multiple entity organization(s) and transforming them into an integrated Shared Finance function.
- Strong communication skills: able to convey a message that is clear and concise, linking business issues, accounting concepts, financial results, and strategy.

Fire Alarm Technicians
· Must be a Certified CFAA technician or equivalent.
· Install and program control panels and all other equipment for fire alarm systems with the guidance of building plans and electrical layouts
· Mount sensors at appropriate locations, performing all necessary tasks, such as drilling holes for cabling and accessing locations such as crawlspaces or attics to ensure optimal wiring layouts
· Install all wiring to connect system components, complying with all applicable safety standards and with customer’s concerns or preferences
· Show customers how to use alarm system, discuss any questions or concerns and ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service they receive
· Inspect and test systems to ensure all components are performing well and comply with safety requirements
· Review installation manuals, building plans and work orders to plan optimal locations for system components and wiring
· Identify and repair malfunctions in system components or wiring, including ordering and installing replacement parts as necessary
· Compose, submit documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit, complying with company’s standard operating procedure

Sprinkler Fitter:

Responsibilities include:
· Installation of sprinkler systems in accordance with Ontario Building and Fire Codes.
· Performing field repairs when required.
· Supporting Annual and Monthly inspections
· On-call rotation
The ideal candidate must:
· Must be a Licensed Sprinkler Journeyperson or Red Seal
· Be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
· Hold a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record
· Have the flexibility to travel throughout the GTA to client sites as required.
· Be able to work in a team environment.
· Have the ability to speak, read and write English.
